It is the first week of July. July 4th (Tuesday) - July 7th (Friday), 2023.

Where is the conference location?

Point Loma Nazarene University (PLNU) in San Diego, CA (3900 Lomaland Dr. San Diego, CA 92106). If you are traveling by plane, you must arrive at and depart from the San Diego International Airport (SAN)From San Diego (SAN) airport, SFC will run a free shuttle bus to transport participants from the airport to the conference location. Please plan to arrive at PLNU by 4pm on the first day of the conference.

Registration is to be completed online at www.sfcamerica.org/national-conference-23. Please remember that your registration is not complete until you make full payment of the registration fee.

How much is the registration fee?

(1) For students, church representatives, and others (i.e., family members): registration fee paid by May 1st is $200, by May 31st is $250. (2) For small group leaders and staffs: registration fee paid by May 1st is $100, by May 31st is $150. (3) Payment can be done by check and made payable to "WPKPC." Please send checks to: Rohthem Presbyterian Church (SFC National Conference) 1759 W. Broadway, Anaheim, CA 92804.

Who can register?

Anyone between 6th grade and 12 grade in 2023-2024 school year can register as a student. Any college student and/or young adult can join as small group leaders or as staffs. There are limited spots for church representatives and family members, so please register as soon as possible.

I will be graduating high school at the end of the 2022-2023 school year. Should I register as a student, or as a staff?

You are welcome to register as either student or staff. However, please be mindful that those who do register as staff will be required and expected to serve for the entirety of the conference.

Do staff, church pastors, and/or teachers also have to register?

Do staff, church pastors, and/or teachers also have to register?

Yes. You must officially register so we can get an accurate headcount. Similar to students, the registration fee by May 1st will be $200, and by May 31st will be $250. (If you plan to serve at the conference as a small group leader or staff, please look at the above question under "How much is registration fee?")

Won't the airfare be too expensive during the Independence Day holiday season?

Won't the airfare be too expensive during the Independence Day holiday season?

The month of July is a busy and expensive month. We encourage each participant book their ticket a few months in advance, that should help reduce the cost of the airfare in comparison to other weeks in July. In addition, San Diego can be a good place for family vacation. For those who plan to attend the conference with their family, the registration fee for adults is the same as students. For children ages 3-9, if they share their parent's bed, their fee is $50; if they have their own bed, their fee is $150.  For children ages 10-12, the fee will be the same as students.

Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer credit toward another participant.

It is recommended that church leaders use the attached form to collect information on participants from their respective churches, so that the church leader can officially register everyone all together utilizing the online registration portal.

Bible and Pen, Sleeping bag, Toiletries, Extra Clothes, Towels, Sneakers, Water Bottle, Sunscreen, etc.

Things NOT to bring:
Electronics, Alcohol, Cigarette, E-Cigs, Drugs, Vapes, etc.
